Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed case of Osteopenia /Osteoporosis by BMD test (T-score of â??1 or lower). 2) Patient representing with classical features of Asthikshaya. 3) Willing and able to participate in the study for 60 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known cases of diseases like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ascites, or any major illness. 2) Pregnant women.
