Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders of age group: 19-25 years Participants diagnosed with upper cross syndrome�  CVA Angle Shoulder Angle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are a diagnosed case of any neurological condition will not be included in the study. Participants who are on blood thinners will not be included in the study. Fractures around the neck and shoulder region( scapula ,clavicle ,ribs , shoulder, spine) Participants who have any blood disorders will not be included in the study. Previous shoulder and neck surgeries wont be included in the study.
