Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2.Subjects with any gender included. 3.Age group of 20-60 years subjects are included. 4.Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form. 5.Subjects fit for swedana karma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint, foot . 2.Subjects with impaired circulation to lower extremities such as thrombophlebitis . 3.Subjects with foot infection and non-healing ulcers. 4.k/c/o of uncontrolled diabetes.
