Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient between the age of 35 to 70 years Patients admitted and diagnosed with uterine fibroid/and Adenomyois requiring surgical management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with hepatic, renal, cardiac or thromboembolic disease 2) Patients with adnexal mass and endometriosis 3) Patients with cervical or endometrial cancer 4) Patients who are allergic to tranexamic acid 5)History of seizures 6)Patients with congenital thrombophiliaâ??s 7)Contraindications to misoprostol like glaucoma, mitral stenosis, severe asthma, allergic to prostaglandins, diastolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg 8)Previous history of myomectomy
