Inclusion criteria: Participants who are (1) In their first trimester (2) Should have low risk pregnancy (3) On Iron supplementation (4) Willing to consent (5) Available and willing to follow-up visit.

1. To develop Biomarkers: Microbiome signatures derived from this study will be utilized to screen for similar effects across the country. 2. Device newer intervention strategy that compliments iron Supplementation.Timepoint: End of the first trimester (Day 90), End of the second trimester (Day 180), End of the Third trimester (Day 255) and after delivery day 7 child sample

Nutraceutical applications: a) Yoghurt as delivery for Iron Supplementation. b) Synbiotic shachet with iron granules. c) Prebiotics will be extracted from banana, in collaboration with Dr.Robert Thanjam, Mizoram UniversityTimepoint: End of the first trimester (Day 90), End of the second trimester (Day 180), End of the Third trimester (Day 255) and after delivery day 7 child sample
