Inclusion criteria: inclusion criteria - 15 to 45 age groups both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychotic cases suicidal ideation directly induced by any irreversible structural pathology

Effect of individualized Homoeopathic medicines in suicidal ideationTimepoint: pre and post modified scale for suicidal ideation will be applied in the start of study and after 3 months .

MeasureTime frame
understand the mental state of patients with suicidal ideationTimepoint: Modified scale for suicidal ideation will be applied pre and post study. At the initiation of the case and after 12 weeks.
