Intervention1: Frenectomy,Natal/neonatal teeth: If patient is having tongue tie/lip tie & Natal/neonatal teeth, minor surgical intervention will be performed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Infants without any systemic illness 0-12month of infants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infant with congenital anomalies like cleft lip and palate

MeasureTime frame
This study will be beneficial to determine the prevalence of various oro-facial anomalies in 470 infants and to overcome the difficulties faced by mothers.Timepoint: If surgical intervention is required then outcome will be assessed at 1month and 6month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
this study will be helpful to overcome the breastfeeding difficulties faced by mothers.Timepoint: If surgical intervention is required then outcome will be assessed at 1month,4month and 6 month
