Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primipara with gestational age of 36 weeks Age group 19-30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primipara having any Garbhopadrava and Garbhavyapada Garbhopadrava means pregnancy induced any abnormality or pre-existing any disease. Garbhavyapada means abnormality related to baby.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To delivered healthy baby from a healthy mother,without any complications by achieving the goal of sukhprasavay.Timepoint: To provide good obstetric care that will result in good fetal outcome within 4 weeks from 36 wks onwards till labour pain start.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
ï?½ To provide good obstetric care that will result in good fetal outcome by reducing the fear of a mother regarding labor. ï?½ To reduce the rate of invasive or operative deliveries & their related complications.Timepoint: 18 months of study period
