Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All pregnant with abnormal T3, T4 and TSH 2.Pregnant female with known hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anemia Severe Hypoalbuminemia Severe renal hepatic or cardiac failure Dyslipidemia Sepsis Cancer

Measure	Time frame
To avoid adverse effects of hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism in pregnancy on fetous .Timepoint: First to third trimester	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
To avoid thyroid strom ,congestive heart failure and death in mother. And LBW ,neonatal respiratory distress,congenital anomaly in fetusTimepoint: First to third trimester of pregnancy.	—
