Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 01 year and 12 years who are admitted to PICU with sepsis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children less than one year of age 2. Children with obesity 3. Any clinical/abdominal condition obscuring visualization of kidneys by USG 4. Children with known Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) 5. Children with CAKUT (Congenital anomalies of kidney and urinary tract) 6. Children with Chronic Systemic Hypertension
