Intervention1: LEVOBUPIVACAINE: 5 ml of 0.5% levobupivacaine with adrenaline (1:200000) with 15 IU/ml of hyaluronidase given in peribulbar block at the starting of the surgery. Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patient aged between 40-80 yrs of both sex 2)Patient belonging tp ASA class 1 and 2 plsted for cataract surgery under peribulbar block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)congenital anomalies of orbit 2)Acquired orbital abnormalities 3)local sepsis 4)uncontrolled coagulopathy 5)allergy t0 xylocaine 6)Patient refusal for peribulbar block

MeasureTime frame
compare the efficacy of the two anaesthetic groups with respective to motor and sensory akinesia as well as comparison of akinesia score between two groupsTimepoint: 2 mins, 5 mins. 10 mins. 15 minutes till the surgery ends
