Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Mild to moderate PACG patients with visually significant cataract (VA 2)Age = 40 years 3)Patient willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe PACG patients (CDR=0.9 and/or MD worse than -12dB) 2)Patients with acute angle closure attack 3)Other forms of glaucoma (POAG, Secondary glaucoma, etc.) 4)Patients with corneal opacity 5)Patients with any active ocular infection 6)Any ocular surgery in previous 6 months (with exception of laser PI) 7)One eyed patients 8)Patients unwilling to give consent 9))Uncooperative patients
