Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with normal nail bed angle, Visibly altered nail bed angle, Patients having associated cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, Chronic smokers, Male and female both subjects are involved, Subject having associated musculoskeletal abnormality of spine-like scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ischaemic limb, Non- cooperative subjects, Fracture of forearm, wrist, and fingers, Flail chest, Subjects who did not come up for follow up readings, Subjects who do yoga, meditation, aerobic or strengthening exercise on a daily basis
