Intervention1: Modified Epleys Maneuver: It is simplified version of conventional Epleys maneuver used to treat posterior semi-circular canal BPPV which can be performed at home Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral BPPV of posterior semicircular canal which is idiopathic or post traumatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot perform therapeutic maneuvers, those having lower back pain, spinal cord injury, cervical spondylosis etc Patient post-cataract surgery patients with additional inner ear pathology
