Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral BPPV of posterior semicircular canal which is idiopathic or post traumatic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot perform therapeutic maneuvers, those having lower back pain, spinal cord injury, cervical spondylosis etc Patient post-cataract surgery patients with additional inner ear pathology

MeasureTime frame
To determine symptomatic improvement following therapy using questionnaires- DHI and VAS in patients undergoing CRP+home based therapy and CRP aloneTimepoint: pre procedure assessment 1 week post treatment

MeasureTime frame
to determine objective improvement using VNG in patient undergoing CRP along with home based therapy and CRP aloneTimepoint: pre procedure assessment 1 week post treatment
