Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy subjects irrespective of their caste, religion, gender in the age group of 20-45 years will be included in the study. 2.Office Workers Like Scholars, DEO, Lab Technicians,Accountants and Scholars Who are Engaged In 8 Hours Of Mental Work will be included in the study plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the following health condition will be excluded. 1. congenital disease 2.hereditary disease 3.mental illness,insomnia 4.Diabities,Cancer
