Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS WITH HORIZONTALLY AND BUCCALLY IMPACTED MANDIBULAR THIRD MOLARS WHO WANT THESE TEETH EXTRACTED

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS WITH HISTORY OF HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES 2. SIGN OF LOCAL INFLAMMATION OR PAIN ONE WEEK BEFORE PROCEDURE 3.RECENT USE OF ANTIBIOTICS 4. PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE CONSENT FORM
