Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recent detected ( 30 years in Kannur District, Kerala.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having Chronic Kidney Disease with GFR 2)Patients diagnosed with Chronic liver disease, chronic Infections and Malignancy. 3)Patients who are using insulin for treatment.
