Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HEALTHY MALE AND FEMALE CRICKET BOWLERS OF AGE GROUP BETWEEN 18-30 YEARS AND WHO ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ANY UPPER LIMB FRACTURE PAST 6 MONTHS ANY MUSCULOSKELETAL INJURIES PAST 6 MONTHS. DIAGNOSED CASE OF UPPER / LOWER LIMB INJURIES
