Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing living donor liver transplantion Age 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patient with recent history of AKI ( History of stroke, history of transient ischemic attack, neurodegenerative disorders. MMSE score of less than 24.
