Intervention1: Neuromuscualr Electrical Stimulation(NMES): stimulating common wrist extensors for 10 min and triceps for 10 min which is 25 minutes in total duration for 3 weeks Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subacute stage of stroke Ability to understand command Voluntary control grade(Brunnstrom stages of recovery) 3, 4, 5 Spasticity grade (Modified Ashworth)1, 1+, 2 At least 10º of active fingers and wrist extension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: contraindications to NMES contraindications to faradic stimulation injury in last 3 months to upper limb of affected side cognitive dysfunction previous episode of stroke
