Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Total macrophages in the tissue sample using IHC CD68 marker. 2. Count of M1 and M2 macrophages using IHC markers CD80,CD86,CD163,CD206 3.Relative ratio of M1 and M2 macrophages in both test and control groups. 4.To evaluate histogically the severity of inflammation in tissue samples and correlate it with the relative ratio of M1 and M2 subsets of macrophagesTimepoint: 1 week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Periodontal parameters such as bleeding index, probing depth, clinical attachment lossTimepoint: 1 week
