Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal healthy individuals. 2. Male Subjects between the age group of 18-40 years. 3. Subjects having hamstring muscle tightness after running.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with past history of major spinal or lower limb surgery 2.Individuals with fracture,dislocation,joint instability,muscle and ligament injury at lower limb. 3.Individuals with skin,systemic illness, traumatic injury to the knee joint and lumbar spine. 4.Non consent and non- cooperative patients.
