Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > 18 years 2) Individual should attend the outpatient department of endocrinology and neurology departments as an attendant to the patient 3) The individual should be from one of the following states; Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka or Kerala

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Major or minor cognitive impairment as per DSM-V criteria 2) Major psychiatric disorder which might confound the judgment of the individual 3) Not able to give written informed consent 4) Any form of self-reported smell dysfunction 5) Previous significant head injury 6) Rhinosinususitis 7) Parkinsonism 8) Recent COVID-19 infection (within the previous three months) 9) Any health related problem
