Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients having clinical features of tinnitus like : Ringing sound and acoustic neuroma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient diagnosed with conductive hearing loss, objective tinnitus, tinnitus due to anemia, HTN, Malignancy, heart disease, bronchial asthma and psychosomatic disorder 2) Pregnant and lactating women 3) Patient who need surgical intervention
