Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: neck pain at least for 3 months cv angle less than 50 greater than 3 score on numeric pain rating scLE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BALANCE OR NEUROLOGICAL IMPAIRMENTS RECENT NECK SURGERIES INFLAMMATORY DISEASE LIKE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS CONGENITAL DEFORMITY LIKE TORTICOLIS RECENT TRAUMA OR FRACTURE TO CERVICAL SPINE CLAVICLE,SCAPULA AND RIBS
