Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA Grade I & II patients 2) Weight between 40-70 kg 3) Patients of both sexes 4) Patients planned for elective surgery 5) Cases of MP I, II and III Grades

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of multiple/ failed intubation. 2) Predicted difficult laryngoscopy and intubation, MP >III Grade. 3) Any pathology of the oral cavity that may obstruct the insertion of device. 4) Mouth opening less than 2.5cm. 5) Potentially full stomach patients (trauma, morbid obesity, pregnancy, history of gastric regurgitation and heartburn) and at risk of esophageal reflux (hiatus hernia).
