Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Women with moderate to severe pain intensity during menstruation 2)Menstrual cramp pain in women with age group 18 to 25 years 3)Women having regular menstrual cycle 4)Menstrual cramp pain having constitutional symptoms of diarrhoea, vomitting, nausea, fainting, headache, fatigue, sweat, anorexia and breast tenderness 5)Menstrual cramp pain occurring in 4 of the 6 menstrual cycles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Known cases of secondary dysmenorrhea, Pelvic Inflammatory disease, PCOD, Uterine fibroid, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Endometrial polyp and other medical surgical conditions stimulating dysmenorrhea 2)Women who are planning to concieve
