Interventions

Intervention1: conventional Physiotherapy: conventional physiotherapy 5 days/week for 4 weeks. Conventional treatment Includes : TENS, Exercise including 1.static quadriceps 2.straight leg raise 3.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age :Between 45 to 60 Years -Grade 2,3 radiographic severity according to Kellegren and Lawrence Scale -Knee pain for more than 3 months -Male and female both -Patients with unilateral knee osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Metabolic bone disease -History of knee trauma in past 6 months -Previous knee surgery -Non- cooperative patients -Any other pathology of knee joint except osteoarthritis
