Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Breast, Head & Neck, Thoracic, Gastrointestinal or Gynecological cancers (10 each) 2. Age > 18 years 3. Any stage of management or follow-up 4. Karnofsky Performance Scale > 70 5. Ability to read and understand Bengali language 6. Not answered TMQ questionnaire previously 7. No history of major psychiatric illness
