Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged =19 years patients are included who have allergic rhinitis with following clinical Features like sneezing, runny nose, congestion or presence of 2 or more symptoms of allergic rhinitis (nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, nasal itching and sneezing)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently taking any of the following medications or cannot stop taking medication is unsuitable for this clinical trial. 2. Received treatments due to acute upper respiratory infections or sinusitis within the previous 4 weeks 3. Have anatomical obstructions or deformities of the nasal cavity or underwent nasal surgery within the previous 6 months 4. Diagnosed with malignant neoplasm, anemia, active pulmonary tuberculosis, infection, or other severe systemic disease. Has a past history of active respiratory diseases such as asthma 5. Patients with deviated nasal septum/ nasal polyps/ nasal growth/ adenoids/ asthma 6. Patients on steroids and immuno modulatory/ immunosuppression
