Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over the age of 18 who are on maintenance hemodialysis for more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients below 18 years of age 2) Patients who are not able to fill the questionnaire/checklist

Non-adherence to prescribed dialysis dose (HD sessions completely missed or where either the prescribed four and half hours/5 hours duration of HD with at least 250mL/min of blood flow rate was not delivered)Timepoint: Baseline 3 and 6 months
