Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine association between pre-operative frailty and Post-operative Delirium in elderly patients undergoing lower limb surgery under regional anaesthesiaTimepoint: prevalence of Delirium in the patients as 15%

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To determine the effect of preoperative serum electrolytes and occurrence of Postop delirium 2) To compare the discriminative ability of frailty scale and ASA classification to predict morbidity and mortality.Timepoint: prevalence of Delirium in the patients as 15%
