Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient will be selected Irrespective of sex, religion, marital status, Education and economic status. 2. Patients of transverse fracture, oblique and hairline fracture of Upper Extremities. 3. Cooperative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of fracture with associated other injuries. 2. Fracture which requires Reduction and Fixation. 3. Fracture with neurological involvement or with associated major Muscular injury. 4. Patient requiring emergency surgery. 5. Non cooperative patients.

1. To compare the effect of Manjishthamulethi lepa and immobilization with complete cast in management of undisplaced fracture of Upper Extremities. 2. To study the effect of Manjishthamulethi lepa in the bone healing process of undisplaced fracture of Upper Extremities.Timepoint: 18 month

1. To evaluate the efficacy of Manjishthamulethi lepa with symptoms Kandabhagna. 2. To collect and study scattered literature regarding Kandabhagna from ayurvedic and modern text along with recently published research papers and articles.Timepoint: 18 month
