Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient admitted in the general ward 2) Non-critically ill 3) Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Exclusion criteria: 1) Critically ill patients 2) Pregnant woman with Diabetes 3) Pediatric patients with Diabetes
