Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from lumbago of duration of at least three months. Patients coming from another mode of treatment willing to take Homoeopathic treatment with washout period of 10 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Females in the period of 6 months after delivery. Systemic diseases with gross pathology like HIV, malignancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the role of individualized homoeopathic medicines in the cases of chronic lumbago by using Oswerstry Low Back Pain scale. Timepoint: Pre and post scale will be applied at the baseline and at the end of three months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Prepare a therapeutic compendium of homoeopathic medicines for the management of chronic lumbago. Timepoint: List of the most indicated homoeopathic medicines for chronic lumbago will be formed in 1 year of study duration.
