Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) inclusion criteria: b) Aged 45 or above. c) Physician diagnosed knee OA(using kellgren and lawrence classification) d) Not engaged in regular leg exercise programme. e) X-ray(grade 2&3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a) Any known unresolved balance disorder b) Any history of neurological disorder c) History of any knee surgery d) History of Major trauma e) History of knee replacement. f) History of Intra articular injections.
