Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of Hyperlordosis Anterior pelvic tilt > 13 degrees Presence of trigger points in thoracolumbar fascia having 2 and 3 grades of tenderness. Individuals willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe varicose veins Radiculopathy or Sciatica Spinal tumor and infections Implants, pacemaker, hearing aids History of abdominal surgeries in past 3 months
