Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases are selected on the basis of Radiological findings confirming fracture neck of femur. Patients who are medically fit and willing for surgery. Age group of above 60years of age of all genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with fracture below the intertrochanteric line of femur Patients who are unfit for surgery due to associated medical problems. Like stroke, poliomyelitis, fracture in same limb, recent myocardial infarction.
