Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All ages (of either sex). 2. Patients with newly diagnosed osteosarcoma. 3. Patients who have not received chemotherapy previously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unwilling to give informed consent. 2. Patients with disease recurrence. 3. Patients with any relative or absolute contraindications for surgery. 4. Patient receiving any other chemotherapy regimen. Page | 22 5. Patient who has already started neoadjuvant chemotherapy. 6. Patient who is unable to undergo research biopsy or surgical resection. 7. Patients of osteosarcoma secondary to any other bone pathology.
