Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Young swimmers having tightness of Pectoral muscles 2) All gender young swimmers between age group 12-18 years. 3) Subjects having acromion to table distance more than 2.54cm. 4) Children and parents willing to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with diagnosed skin infection 2) Recent Fractures or soft tissue injuries, dislocation , trauma of upper limb 3) Recent surgeries of upper limb 4) Open wounds around shoulder joint 5) Fever during recruitment 6) Blisters/burns around shoulder 7) Local tissue inflammation 8) Tumors
