Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age within the range of 15 â?? 40years 2.Regular menstrual cycle 21 â?? 35 days presenting with sign and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. 3.Presenting with marked relief of symptoms at onset of menses. 4.Sign and symptoms of PMS at least 3 cycles as per ACOG guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Irregular cycles 2.Pelvic pathology having huge fibroid/cyst. 3.On OCPs and lactating mothers. 4.Systemic, metabolic and endocrine disease. 5.K/C/O Psychological illnesses and seizures disorders.

Change in Anxiety, Irritability, Depression, Headache, Confusion, Insomnia, Mood swings, Fatigue, Backache, Menstrual Cramps.Timepoint: after every cycle , Pre & Post test
