Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient scheduled for elective surgery 2.Age between 20-60 years of both gender 3.Patient with ASA grade l or ll 4.Mallapathi airway assesment grade l and ll

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patientâ??s refusal 2.Emergency surgery 3.Anticipated difficult intubation 4.Patients with cardiovascular diseases 5.Patient with beta blockers or calcium channel blockers or other alpha 1 agonist
