Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-healing ulcer more than 4 weeks includes diabetic ulcer, venous ulcer with or without clinical symptoms of Pain, Itching, Edema, Fibrinous exudates in the lesions 2. Patients who are willing to undergo Pugai (fumigation) application 3. Willing to take photographs before and after treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extensive and localized Gangrene require amputation 2. Osteomyelitis 3. Deep ulceration with bone, joint involvement 4. Known C/O venereal ulcer 5. Known C/O Hansenâ??s disease 6. Known C/O Tuberculosis 7. Known C/O Malignancy ulcer 8. Any other systemic illness 9. Pregnancy and Lactation 10. Bronchial asthma 11. Allergic to fumes
