Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Triple vessel disease fulfilling the criteria for OPCAB Ejection fraction (EF) 35-55%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Patientâ??s refusal ii. Known allergy to any of the drug iii. NYHA Grade 4 iv. Presence of haemodynamically significant arrhythmia v. Left main coronary artery involvement vi. Presence of hepatic / renal disease vii. Presence of neurological disease
