Exclusion criteria: Women with any other comorbidities. Women who attained menopause

Outcome of this study is to assess the quality of life of women who followed the traditional menstrual practice and get a comparison data among the women who follow and unfollow the practice.Timepoint: 4 months

Secondary outcome is to report the gynecological problem among women who not followed the traditional menstrual practice.Timepoint: 4 months
