Intervention1: Dawa-i-khas: 3gm twice daily for 7 days Control Intervention1: qurs-i-gulnar: 2 tablets thrice daily for 7 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MBL >80 ml with estimated PBAC score >100. 2. Age group of 18-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with- 1. Known cases of systemic diseases like thyroid dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, hypertension and malignancies. 2. Severe anemia and known cases of bleeding disorders. • History of hormonal contraceptives in last 3 months. • Known cases of Endometriosis, uterine polyps , fibroid >3cm and >3 in number.
