Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational Athletes who: 1. Participate in sports recreationally 2. Have no known history of lower extremity injuries for the past 1 year and were free of musculoskeletal ailments. 3. Have no injuries/illnesses that prevent them from participating in squatting, jumping, or landing tasks. 4. Complete the pre-participation test successfully.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational Athletes who: 1. Have a history of any musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. 2. Have any skeletal deformities of the lower limb preventing accurate marker placement and analysis.
