Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria will include men and women of age group between 18-45 years Patients with chronic mechanical low back ache more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are not willing to participate in the study will be excluded Associated complaints of other joint involvement. Previous spine surgery, unstable fractures of the spine, malignancy, fever, any other systemic illness, osteomyelitis, tingling & numbness in lower limb, Limb length discrepancy, cancer.
