Intervention1: Cognitive and Emotional Impairment Management Bundle (CEIMB): It is a collection of interventions that will be provide through 3 sessions
Session 1: It is planning to discuss after the pretest. It include the following discussion points. Customized education on an overview of coronary heart disease, Individual methods for a regular med
chest pain, dyspnea or any specific signs. Session 2: This session will be on the second day. In this session starts with a brief overview of last session and Brain Lung exercise training. Lung exe

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ï?? Patients those who are diagnosed with Coronary Heart Disease include angina or myocardial Infarction ï?? Patients those who are on pharmacotherapy or underwent PTCI (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Intervention) ï?? Age between 18 â?? 65 years ï?? Having the minimum basic literacy level of reading and writing as well as understanding the questions of the questionnaire ï?? Being fully conscious, able to talk, and physically and mentally prepared to answer the questions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ï?? Patients with mental illness, cancer, dementia ï?? Patients in long term care facility ï?? Suffering from a severe physical disease and having physical disabilities ï?? Patients those who are taking medication that alter the cognitive level ï?? Being unwilling to continue cooperation.
