Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who are voluntary consented to participate in the study Participants with Hemoglobin level 13.5 to 17.5 grams per deciliter for males and 12.0 to 15.5 grams per deciliter for females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are suffering from hearing impairment. Participants who are enrolled to dance or music class. Participants living with hearing aid. Participants with hormonal disorder. Participants with any chronic illness.

Mean systolic blood pressure (SBP) from 140-150 mmHg to 120-130 mmHg and in mean diastolic blood pressure (DBP) from 90-100 mmHg to 70-80 mmHg (Based on Previous literature) Variation in Harmon levelTimepoint: 2 weeks
